Calculate the Return on Transparency of political campaigns

We recently started a project to support the Transparency Initiative of the Swiss Federal Council. See moneyinpolitics.ch and forum.opendata.ch for some background.

At the DINAcon HACKnight in 2019 (forum), we already invited you to dig into the national election data, and supported several interesting open source projects in the area. This year, let us look again at the state of "open source democracy" in Switzerland, and support impactful projects like this one.
